Tracking A
Robert Fagoš
Robert Fagoš is an experienced judge and sport dog trainer with many years of experience in sport cynology.
Since 1997, he has been actively involved in sport dog training. For the majority of his professional career, he has worked with working breeds, with a particular passion for his beloved Boxer. He also competed with a German Shepherd in FCI qualification trials in the Czech Republic. He holds the qualifications of an international judge in sport cynology as well as a judge for exterior.
Over more than 25 years of work in training and at international competitions, he has had the opportunity to work with numerous top-level dogs and handlers. As a handler, he has achieved significant successes at World Championships and national championships.
Robert Fagoš will be judging the Tracking – Section A at the 2026 World Championships in Poland. He considers tracking to be one of the most prestigious disciplines, where the partnership between dog and handler is expressed most fully — based on discipline, calmness, high drive, and mutual trust. He particularly values dogs that work with great confidence and high drive, resulting from honest and systematic preparation.
Although he has been judging protection work more frequently in recent times, he accepted the invitation to judge tracking at this important event with great pleasure.
